Lahaina. Lahaina was once called Lele. For hundreds of years
Lahaina was home to the great kings of Hawaii. These Alii feasted
and entertained their royal guests along the shores of the place
they called "Lele". Today we invite you to relive those times as
Lahaina hosts a celebration of the food, dance and music of the
Pacific Islands. Join us for an intimate and sophisticated evening
of fine food, cultural, entertainment and unsurpassed hospitality
along the lovely sandy shores of Lele.
Executive Chef James McDonald is an
expert in all aspects of the culinary arts. James prepares
contemporary Pacific cuisine with his own provocative flair for
artistry on his plates. His cuisine revolves around a framework of
fresh natural ingredients while subtly pushing the envelope by
introducing bold and unique flavors.
