Place of Refuge National Park admission of $2.00 per person, 12 and

A light sweater may be needed at the volcano area.
All Transportation provided for tours starting on Oahu.
Waikiki Hotel Pickup: 5:00 AM.
Tour returns to Waikiki at approximately 8:30 PM.
Tours starting on Maui or Kauai can meet the tour escort at
the
airport for boarding passes. Ground transportation from your
Maui or Kauai Hotel to the airport is provided as an option and a
nominal charge.

important because the tour company need to be sure you are on the
first plane out and the last plane back to your island. Usually
your credit card is charged 14 days in advance of the tour
date.
